  1. Hey guys! I'm starting preceptorship this week and will be working to make up 180 hours to finish my nursing program. We're having this Kaplan program enforced to us, and our instructor is really pushing us to be studying to pass our predictor tests this semester. We have to pass one of the 2 predictor tests, or the head of nursing will hold our transcripts and not release them to our BRN to take the boards. I'm planning on being at the hospital for about 4 shifts every two weeks, and I decided to quit my jobs because I KNEW this was a crucial semester for me. I do have to commute ~40 minutes to my hospital but I'm still hoping I'll still have time to hit the gym. My question is, how did ya'll balance life outside of nursing school? How much time did you spend studying each day?
