I have done my research and decided to go with ITT tech Breckenridge school of nursing for a lot of reasons..I have applied to 3 community college nursing programs and they all are looking for academic perfection and I don't have that. However in my career at the hospital I have worked in every dept and every doctor knows me...I have done cpr on people when nurses froze and no school cares..because they care about grades ..there is more to a nurse then grades...you can't teach common sense, caring, or gut instinct.I feel like ITT wasn't judgmental at all. Anyone who gets on here and is negative about a technical school is just that negative. ...it's not ok..nobody pays my tution but me so therefore it shouldn't matter what people say about this school..becoming an RN is hard work no matter where you get your education and I've personally asked where I work if they hire ITT tech graduates and they do..so all experiences aren't negative.
