  7. Hey lovelies! I am currently enrolled in my RN program, and after it is finished I wanted to do an ADN to MSN Degree program. The program is 100% ACEN accredited and is highly recommended from other nursing students. My question is, When you are enrolled in an MSN program do I need to be working at a hospital? I would like to work as an RN while I get my MSN but did not know how realistic that would be.. With wanting to finish in the 24 months.
  8. Hey Lovely ladies or gentlemen Getting ready to start doing clinicals, Looking for some good recommendations for Stethoscopes, I tend to have a hard time hearing breath sounds, and was wondering if anyone could help me out with a good one! *Not looking to spend a fortune, I understand I will need to spend a good amount; however, I am not wanting to spend over 150 :)
  9. I am really leaning more towards Nursing Leadership, I want to be able to oversee nursing homes. That is my passion. Which is my original purpose of wanting to obtain my MSN.
  10. So I am finishing my ADN and want to do the ADN to MSN program, but I am a little confused as to what a MSN really is... Is that degree considered a Nurse practitioner? I have looked it up and see Anesthetists and Midwives... so what exactly does the MSN entail? Im a little confused! Thanks for the help! You guys ROCK!

  14. what I mean by there are no prerequisites is that you do not have to have them finished before you start they incorporate all of those classes into the program
  15. my LPN program is about $20,000 but they are very unprofessional and the school does not have a good reputation I just want to become a nurse and all of the other schools around require too many prerequisites this school only required that you pass the TEAS above national average which I did but I was worried about the accreditation
  16. sorry I should have specified it is not a bridge program it is just a straight RN program and the total charges are $42,000
  17. I am currently enrolled in an LPN program ;however, I decided to take the TEAS test for the RN program at Bryant and Stratton I passed the teas and I am so excited! However when I was signing papers for the enrollment process it says that the school is accredited but the nursing program is a candidate with Virginia Board of Nursing it is accredited through the state only. When I asked my advisor about this she said it would not affect me in anyway and I would still be able to take NCLEX and it will not affect me getting a job however I am looking for a unbiased answer to this, I do not want to spend an additional 30 to 40 thousand dollars for a license I cannot use or get!!!!!!!
