  1. Hi guys I'm supposed to do write a care plan starting with the patho but the problem is I am stuck on the patho. My client had a hemorrhagic stroke and they came into the hospital with alter mental status and lethargic as the chief medical complaint. My client has high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes mellitus and abnormal renal function. What would I write as the patho...would it be the hemorrhagic stroke he suffered from? And how would I go about writing it. Thanks.
  2. Hello everyone I am currently attending Rutgers University I am in their school of arts and sciences and planing to do a school to school transfer into their nursing program. In order to do this you need to take 24 credits before you transfer into their nursing program. But I am having trouble with one class expos writing. This is the only class that I am not doing well in, I am taking A&P II and have a A in the class the same goes for the rest of the classes I am enrolled in. I don't want this one class to mess up my chances of getting accepted into the nursing program. I am considering dropping this course and taking its equivalent (English comp I and II ) at a CC then transferring it back over to Rutgers. Does Rutgers accept English comp I and II from a NJ cc for their nursing school?( Last day to drop this class is Oct/26/2015 if I drop it I will pick up a 8 week course as a replacement so I still am a fulltime student) I am going to talk to the dean on Monday but I just wanted some feedback on here first.
