  1. Hello. Is anyone else on here attending the LPN program at OCVTS this September? Or anyone who recently graduated who could give me some pointers? I'm so excited and a little nervous. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
  2. UPDATE: Thanks everyone for your pointers. I took the test and I passed! The minimum score for my school is 58. I got a 69. It was very challenging but taking practice tests prior to taking the test did make me more prepared. I usually struggle with math and do very well with reading comprehension and grammar. However I scored higher in math. I found that interesting. Anyway, I'm so happy to get it out the way and be able to continue with the nursing program!!
  3. I just received my ATI TEAS 6 study guide and started reviewing the material. There is a lot of material to cover and I'm getting a little nervous about taking the test. Overall, I'm a pretty good test taker but I wanted some input from others who have already taken it. I also wanted to know if there are some areas I should be focusing on more than others. Thanks in advance!
  4. Do not let other people's opinions discourage you from doing what you want to do. I am in the same boat as you. I am a mother and I too will we be entering an associates program in nursing. I just do not have the time to earn a BSN right now, but I know this will be a great stepping stone towards it. Regardless, you WILL become an RN. SO GO FOR IT! Do what works best for you and I wish you the best of luck :)
