Thank you Ebrooks1013 you know exactly how I feel. I sure did vent and I was totally pumped today when I was studying. I'm not a quitter and never will. Thanks for some of the feedback it kinda make me see why I really need to do this. Some of the comments might not be so supportive but hey who cares. This is a forum!
So I've been preparing for this exam almost like preparing for the coming of the rapture. IF only Nclex was made easier. Are the Nclex ladies for real? Honestly I would love to meet the Nclex lady or ladies smh frustration is an understatement at this point. I guess if you work Nclex is not for you! Like how am I suppose to study effectively after doing 8hrs and go home to take care of my little one. And is it just me but the Nclex books have some errors as well? It's totally ridiculous! I cannot wait to get this ridiculous test over and done with. I'm dying over here with the LPN syndrome. Mind you I'm a proud LPN because it beats sticking up some old lady and rob her of her purse. But my goodness why does the majority act as if being an LPN is like catching some rare incurable disease. So so here I am trying to do the NCLEX because I'm so tired of this disease that I have. Like pay me already because I'm doing the work of an RN but being labeled with the LPN disease. Go figure!! As I'm going through NCLEX and her ever so annoying questions and rationales. Some make sense and some just don't cut it. Like who put together some of these answers. Ok my advice is if you're not so sharp anymore please give the job to someone else that has a sharper brain and can really make sense. I mean in the real world of nursing some of this stuff don't even apply. But am I he only one truly finding mistakes. I know we are suppose to think critically but goodness pay me as well then. Because naturally you're telling me you want a physician assistant with less pay. You could tell that I have issues on this matter here. And guess what when I do pass that NCLEX RN guess what disease I'm gonna have next? The BSN or the MSN disease!! Yep! And maybe after that someone might ask me why didn't I become a doctor. Because naturally that's what we do as nurses! Clean up the mess for doctors and suggest meds for the ailment or what labs that needed to be done. So I'm really thinking why even bother with NCLEX lady and her bag of tricks. Cannot wait to get rid of HER! Smh
