Failed Nclex, not a good feeling
ClassyBoxer, yes I have test anxiety. I tried many times to get it off my mind days before the test. I was just fine, until I sat infront of the screen. My husband says the day I stop being scared is the day I will pass. He's been helpful in finding ways to calm me down but it just doesn't work for me. This time I will take it like any other test. I have a positive outlook on it now, telling myself that I will pass.

Thanks JustBeachyNurse, you've been very helpful! í ½í¸ JpGasmine, I havent heard of uworld. I hope it's not expensive. I can afford NCSBN's, my friend said its just $70 for about 1200 questions or so.

One question, I registered with Pearson. Do I need to register with the state I'm in?

Did you happen to follow through with your CPR? Did you focus on what you were scoring low on? I'm just curious because I want to know what to do second time. I haven't received my report yet. But I plan on following through. This time I will work hard and get it. I hope the same for you!! Good luck.

Dyx, the only retaking strategy I can think of is reviewing, and doing questions. :/

Congrats!! With Hurst do you have just content or questions??? Did you do any questions, if so how many a day?

That's s good idea, maybe my school nursing advisor can help me once I get my CPR. I plan on using Kaplan for the questions and online content review. Is that good? To me it sounds ok, just as long as I follow through and not fall back. Ive never heard of Hurst, or Khan. But will deff look into.

I did contact them, but I wanted to renew it rather then getting my money back. I need to review questions, it will be helpful. I did realize a few questions I found on Kaplan to be on Nclex(similar)

Failed Nclex, not a good feeling
Hey everyone! ðŸ˜This is my very first post. Took my exam on Monday and went through 265 questions. I felt confident because I was doing so well in Kaplan, around %65-%80 on qbanks. But I felt horrible after the exam, couldn't even drive. I tried the PVT trick and it lead me to the receipt page, I re-registered. It was the worse feeling!!! After that I didn't even want to view my quick results because I dislike the word FAIL. I still gave it a try and it just reconfirmed me failing. Anyways, I always read here about people doing the PVT and having the good pop up, not enough about people who went through it and go to the receipt page. After that I renewed Kaplan and I will purchase NCSBN's LearningExt or whatever it's called. Will go over content for sure. I also plan on buying LaChairty's PDA book. Now I'm just waiting to schedule another exam day. Is there anything else I should be doing but missing??????? If I am please please let me know, would soooo appreciate it.
