I'm a new grad, about one month into the job search since passing my boards. I've been offered a position on a medsurg floor but all the patients are psych patients. I'm nervous this may be very challenging but also think it may be a great learning opportunity. I'm worried about not finding anything else, my dream is the ed but I know it's challenging for new grads. Should I just take what I can get??
