  1. LPN verses MLPN?????

    Feb 16, 2007 · "Some states distinguish between the general LPN role and the MLPN (indicating medication administration) or LPN II." I researched and found the above. I am a travel RN, about to begin a contract at Duke, and I know their title is "Medical" LPN; MLPN.

    Hi, there! I'm into my 2nd year of traveling, female, in my 40s, and may be headed to New Mexico next? Will know for sure later this week... I would love to make new RN friends in the areas of North Central NM (Espanola, Santa Fe, Taos areas). I have a loooong medical history 20+ years (Paramedic, Cert.AT, RN, BSN). Worked in multiple areas (Stepdown/IMCU, Neuro, Med-Surg, Endo), but my longest in nursing, and my first love, is being an O.R. nurse. Ive worked from Level 1 trauma & transplant academic medical centers to mid-size community hospitals and private as well. Always something new to see and do! Let me hear what you guys are up to?
