  1. Hey all, I am a Psychiatric Mental Health NP in Texas, and my team and I, which consists of a psychiatrist (MD), and a PA-C, want to open an outpatient practice. I am aware that the MD would have to own 51% of the business at least, correct? Also, is the PA or myself able to co-own the business with him? I have not been able to find any clear answers and am not sure where to look or whom to reach out to in this particular case other than the BON and they really aren't able to clarify much on the legal aspect of co-owning businesses from what I have read. Thanks for your help. Steve PMHNP-BC
  2. I am so nervous, took the first ANCC practice test and got a 65% Not very confident filling.
  3. Hi everyone, I'm a new member here though have been trolling the site for many years now. I am currently as we speak in my last class for my PMHNP degree and plan on taking the exam in a month or two or whenever my paperwork is complete for them to proceed. I was wondering what the passing rate was for the ANCC PMHNP exam? I have a great background in psychiatry and have gotten all A's in grad school, but I'm afraid my nerves may get the best of me. I am preparing by using the ANCC review book and ANCC questions. What should I be worried about for this exam? Any pointers or even better, any words of encouragement to boost my morale and self-confidence! Thanks, Steve
