  2. Thank you. I live in New Jersey. I have been researching the laws for this area. I do not know of anyone in this area that works for themselves. I do know that the hospital I work for is hiring travel nurses as well as other hospitals in the area.
  3. [COLOR=#000000]Hello,[/COLOR] I've been an operating room rn for 10 years. I am interested in starting my own agency in an effort to work for myself. At this time I do not have any interest in hiring other nurses to work for me. This would be solely for me to make more money, have autonomy, and to take advantage of opportunities that come with having your own business. I have gone ahead and created my LLC under my name. What would be my next steps in this process. Do I need to draw up a contract and start calling some human resources departments at hospitals? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bill.
