  1. I just want to ask, can you or the agency schedule the RCSI exam even if you still haven't received the decision letter and if the my account site still says it's decision pending? Is it possible?
  2. As for filling up the form, you should use the full name of the institutions or programs. You don't need to put a single letter per box. Just write your answers as if it's just a blank page. Just make sure to write it legibly. Regarding post grad qualifications, if you didn't study a postgrad degree, include this form with your section 1 with a line through it stating N/A. Please also include on you section 1 where it states the details of any post graduate training please also include n/a. As for the work gap, I think it is better to declare your current work. But that's just what I think. I'm not sure about the best course of action to take regarding that. I hope this helps.
  3. Regarding section 1, how many passport size photographs do I need to send in? Do I need to paste the photo in the section 1 form or just staple it so the name written at the back won't be removed?
  4. Really? Wow. I've actually read that some people get their dl's just a month after everything has been received by nmbi but this is the first time that I've heard it happening recently. I hope you get yours soon Lilandoy and I hope that all our dl's arrive as soon as possible and with favorable results. :)
  5. What? It is almost 4 months and it is still under review? I thought that the maximum waiting time is 3 months?
  6. Oh, ok. I was actually thinking that I also want to be able to follow up on my own application but I also figured that maybe things will be faster if the agency followed up on my application. Anyway, thank you for explaining it to me. It helped a lot. God bless you LilAndoy! í ½í±Œí ½í¸€
  7. I will be sending my section 1 tomorrow. But I am having a problem completing the beginning of section 1. On Part C, the address written was that of my agency and on the next part it asks if I am authorizing an agency to follow-up on my behalf. Should I rewrite again the agency and its address? Or should I just put "Not applicable" because I was thinking it will just be redundant. What do you guys think? I hope you can help me asap. I asked the agency and they said it's okay if i put in not applicable on the agency. But a friend of mine wrote in the agency address, and was advised that it also is okay and that she should put in her email address after it. I am quite confused. Is it better if i put it in or not?
  8. I am considering applying to Ireland as a nurse since there is an agency advertising that a pediatric hospital in ireland is looking for nurses here in the philippines. Regarding that, do you have any idea about how well nurses are compensated in Ireland. Somehow, I observed that the offer is a little bit bigger than the offer in uk. How is the cost of living compared to the compensation? Is it more advisable to work in Ireland rather than the UK?
  9. Thank you! I actually coverted both currencies to my local currency and noted that Ireland is a couple of thousands higher. The deployment areas are in Dublin and London.
  10. Comments and suggestions are highly appreciated! More please! Thanks!
  11. So I've been looking around job vacancies in the uk and ireland through agencies and I am wondering which among the 2 is a better choice considering the salary, opportunities for growth and the cost of living. I had observed that the offer in Ireland is a little bit bigger than the offer in london. Is it worth it? Which would be a better choice among the 2?
  12. Is there a possibility that there is already a letter but I just haven't received it yet since I still haven't paid pearson vue?
  13. Are they already gonna start counting even if I haven't paid pearson vue yet?
  14. That's good to know! Thank you! :)
  15. So after registeribg and paying, how much time am i given before scheduling and taking the exam?
  16. Oh. Nobody told me that either. After sending them numerous emails they told me that I am approved to test but that I should wait for the coordinator to send in the approval letter and nclex packet. I posted another question here in allnurses and silverdragon told me that i should register and i did, but i didn't pay yet for the nclex exam because I thought that I would be required to pick a date already. Thanks to you, I am a little bit more enlightened regarding my problem. Oh and one more thing, if I pay for it, and receive the ATT, should I schedule the exam immediately or can I schedule it after a month or two? So I can still prepare and review for the nclex. Thanks a lot!
  17. Just received their email that my application got processed and approved today. Will be receiving my approval letter and nclex packet in the next consecutive days. I'm so happy. Really? Just 1 peso per minute? Will definitely do that so I can call them next time. Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate it. Thanks again!
  18. I have been thinking of doing that but I am a little hesitant since I am from manila and overseas call is going to be really expensive. I just hope they respond soon. Thanks for the advice!
  19. I am currently applying as a nurse by examination in the state of Massachusetts. I have already sent in my application form to the office of PCS and CGFNS has emailed me that*they have* already forwarded my CES report to PCS last month. I have been waiting since last month but I still haven't received any message from PCS regarding my application. I have sent numerous emails to PCS regarding this but I still haven't heard from them and I am starting to worry that my application isn't being processed. On the site of PCS, it was stated that they do respond 3 days after receiving the application/documents but it has been already been weeks, what could have happened? Do you guys have any idea? *

  21. Would you know if the CORI form is applicable for non-US residents? And do you know which of the forms I need to submit since I haven't committed any crime in my country? Thanks!
  22. Hi dsingson5! I am also interested to apply in Massachusetts but I am quite confused regarding the specific Good Moral Character requirements that I need to pass and forms that I need to fill up. I hope you can help me. Thanks!
