Hello all, thank you so much for all the information you've all provided. I will keep all your tips in mind. I have 3 interviews set up when I come for my trip in September. Two are for Home Health/Hospice and one is for a facility. I was curious if any of you knew the pay rate for CNAS in Seattle? Oh and I've been looking into a majority of the cities close to Seattle. (Federal Way, Kent, Renton) I've also been looking into renting a room. So I'm pretty open if any of you have any ideas of places/areas it will be greatly appreciated :-)

Hello all, I am looking into relocating to Seattle, WA within the next few months. I will be taking another trip out there the first week of September. My CNA is currently active and in good standing with the WA state board. I am just curious on where to apply for jobs? I am really interested in working 12/hr shifts but I've noticed that is not big in WA, even in the hospitals. I've also heard about 16/hr shifts on the weekends. If anyone has any leads please let me know A little information about me: I'm 23 years old, no children and will be going to nursing school once I get settled in. I have a years worth of experience working in LTC with Alzheimer's and Dementia and 6 months experience doing Hospice care. I'm really hoping to get something doing 12/hr shifts and seeing this will be my first time moving to another state (by myself) -_- I would like to be able to have the 4 days off just in case I need to come back to my home state for family emergencies, family events, etc. Any leads will be greatly appreciated..
