  1. No., he's with it. Old and grumpy and very combative
  2. They're aware. Mittens on. Med/Surg
  3. If a patient hits/kicks you what do you do? Charge nurse is aware of combative attitude but how do I cover my back

  5. I've tried kaplan, hurst, prep u, Saunders ... The list goes on. It seems every time I take the exam the level of difficulty rises especially since pharm only has generic names instead of both. This last time I had a tutor mentor me using prep u but I felt the question difficulty didn't match nclexs. I'm thinking about buying Kaplan question trainer again since those questions were harder. I'm near passing the past three times on almost every single category... It's just beyond frustrating. Any suggestions ? Any list of pharm drugs and precautions I could study ?
