I did and all the did was email me a copy of a pdf about criminal convictions, which pretty much said it wouldn't necessarily bar me but it also said I might not be able to obtain the license :/

Hi, I'm looking into Nursing school, well a program at one of the community colleges offers a LPN course. The only problem is I have a conviction from Two years ago for Bad Check Larceny I'm worried since it's considered a Moral turpitude that I'll be barred from getting a license. The school keeps telling me everything will be fine, but they also will say anything to get my money and I don't want to go through all the schooling to be told no, even if I do deserve it. My state is VA, I cannot get anything expunged and I'd have to wait 10 years for a pardon which is very unlikely to receive :/ Any Advice would be great. and if you need please message me privately for more information just ask me for my email, I don't want to post to much because it was a terrible crime. It was a temporary fix and if I had known this was going to happen I never would have done it.
