  1. I am out of it was just curious. Didn't know if anyone had heard of nursing licenses taken away because of this type of issue. I personally was curious and looked it up on the bon under the FAQ's. It stated this: What kinds of issues are not within the Board's jurisdiction? Examples include but are not limited to: Employment issues (i.e., no call-no show, failure to complete work notice, co-worker disagreements, bedside manners, rudeness and personality conflicts, attendance issues, work hours); fee disputes/compensation claims. Does this fall into this category?
  2. Ok, I am a charge nurse at a facility that hires travel nurses. I came to work yesterday and found out that my boss was letting a travel nurse go because of errors on her timesheet. She had been marking down times that she wasn't working. Any who she was let go because of falsifying her timesheets. She contacted me this evening wanting to know if her license was going to be taken away. I didn't know what to tell her because I wasn't sure if this was a reason for it to be taken away. Can anyone give me light on this situation? Advice?? Opinions?? Information in this subject or similar situations? The facility said they were going to report it to the BON in the state......just wanting some information on this matter.
