  1. As I said, they do not require a minimum GPA upon application I've called and spoken to the advisor at NYU. And as far as the cost of NYU I do not need a scholarship. All of the classes that do apply to the nursing program I have no less than a B in, I also forgot to add I am now taking 3 summer courses, they end next week, as of now I have A's in all 3. I'm hoping that will boast my cumulative GPA. I'm also hopeful that they will look at my transcript as a whole and see that I have significantly improved my academic scores, from not showing up to class reviveing C's and D's to A's and B's. With that being said I'm optimistic. Side note* I am taking 17 credits next semester and if I do not get into NYU this time around hopefully I will after this fall semester. :)
  2. I have not yet applied to any nursing program, I'm very interested in the NYU basic bachelor 4-year program. Currently I'm enrolled in a community college. My first year I had a VERY low GPA(1.6), I wasn't going to class. My second year I got myself together and maintained a 3.0 for two semesters. My cumulative GPA is still pretty low(2.7). I have been trying to make up for my first two semesters. NYU nursing for the BASIC bachelor program (4-years) does not require a minimum GPA to apply. With that being said does anyone know what my chances of getting in are? Has anyone applied with a GPA so low? ADVICE PLEASE!
