yeah I'm gonna stay in the class I'm retaking now because it's really not a good look having a c on my transcript for a basic bio class. Thank you everyone for your input if anyone cares I'll let you all know how I do at the end of the semester :)

its a 4 credit class but it doesn't go towards my gpa if that makes sense this is mainly why I'm hesitant on continuing to retake it

@RNsRWe Is bio 101 A&P at your school it's bio 111 at my CC that's why I'm not sure what you're talking about? at my school the bio class I took is a pre-req for A&P

@organizedchaos,lvn Ok sorry for the confusion, I go to mcc and bio 010 is considered remedial because it's basic biology I'm not sure if it that way at other community colleges. And my numerical grade was an 80 but because my previous professor didn't follow the traditional grading system I got a C+. I was planning on transferring to ramapo or willy p not the nursing program at mcc, right now I'm enrolled in the same bio course but like I said its considered remedial and doesn't go towards my gpa (which I'm trying to bring up its a 3.1)

I got a C+ in basic biology last semester should I retake it next semester and aim for an A or stick with the C+ even though it is remedial and has no credits
