    Hi i graduated yr 2010.. Work as a customer service for 3yrs in a BPO company.then get fed up with call center routines. I decided to face my fear to take the NLE.. Luckily i passed the exam with a 80% board rating. My problem is since i graduated 2010 I already forgot diff nursing skills and procedure.. How can i enhance my skills.. Im starting to read my nursing books again since i have plans to apply as a hosp nurse. Can you help me on what will i do, what training or seminar will i attend for me to enhance my skills. Is there any hosp who will hire me?
