  1. Has anyone worked for a Kaiser flu clinic before? Preferably someone who was trying to get into Kaiser from the outside and that was your first time working for Kaiser. Did you work full time during flu season? What happened when the flu clinics ended, did you get kept on to work in other departments? I do have a full time job with another big system in my area but I have been trying forever to get into Kaiser. With a flu clinic possibility I am wondering if it would be worth it. It's just worrisome since it's temporary on call not permanent on call- no guarantee you will get kept on within Kaiser (although I've heard from people that you can probably move into other permanent on call spots because you're already "in"- I am blood withdrawal certified so hell I would even take a lab position). Experiences? Or know someone who did flu clinics?
