Are all 4 scores counted for carrington ? And individually? Or averaged ?

I will be going to take the nursing entrance exam soon for carrington college mesquite and had a couple questions. I know that every school is different i was wondering how carrington judged their test scores. Do they count all four subjects individually? Or do they go on an overall average . I also see that some schools do not look at all four subjects for acceptance. Does anyone know where carrington stands on this? I am fairly confident in math, writing, and reading . My concern comes from the science portion. I see that a good majority of people are not doing entirely well. I know that it will be focused on physiology of systems.. is there any pointers or suggestions from anyone who has previously taken this test ? Please and thank you !
