  2. Hi Everyone, I took my NCLEX today. Overall, I felt uneasy through most of the test, especially the select all that apply questions. My test consist of M/S questions, assignment and many priority questions. The last question which I answered incorrectly was a priority question, I don't recall the level or type of question prior to the last one. I just wanted to move on to the next question since I couldn't decide which of the two answers was more right, so I clicked and the computer shut off. Which was when I felt that I should have picked the physiological priority related to nourishment than the one I picked. My question is, if you answer incorrectly on your last question, and it was priority question, and possibly the one prior was an easy med surg; does that constitute a failure? Pray for me..I am so upset by my lack of focus and stamina.
