  1. Louisiana LPN scope of practice as it relates to treatment plans

    Hello all but specifically Louisiana LPN's... When it comes to treatment plans, what does our scope of practice allow us to do beyond adding information to them? I've consulted our LA BON and was told it depends on the facility's policy. I resubmitted my question to them because that makes it seem as though the facility's policy would override what the scope of practice dictates and I've never known that to be true. Thanks!
