  1. Thanks for replying I think that since im a bit young and I have a while that I will go ahead and go straight for my bsn, :)
  2. Yes, I think the one in Portalnd. However ive heard its really hard to get into \ Thank you so much Im not really sure my mom doesn't like that I want to go to a community college she wants me to get my rn then start working to get my bachelors part time. I just don't know how that works If you go to a 4 year college because you would be working full time to get your bachelors after you get your rn wont you?
  3. Hello! I am a high school senior, I currently go to Corbin High School and Im taking over 6 college level classes. Some of the classes im taking pertain to required nursing prerequisites. I'm taking dual credit basic psychology, Introduction to Sociology, Health and Wellness as well as College Algebra and College Chemistry. I was going to sign up for the classes they have at the high school that go toward getting your CNA however I wont be 18 by graduation so I cant do the program at my high school. I am taking Anatomy and Physiology (we don't have dual credit at my school), Medical Terminology, and CPR and first aid. My junior year I also took ap English, ap biology, and ap us history. I passed my history but not sure about English or biology yet. My plan is to get my CNA after I graduate and turn 18 and before I go to college, then go to a 2 year college and work at a nursing home while I get my RN. After that I want to work at a hospital while getting my BSN online. Any suggestions for really good colleges in Oregon/ New England. Is there anything wrong with my plan? Sorry its so long. :) Hope to hear from people.
