Interested in discussions about aging of the nurse workforce and related challenges/blessings, best practice nursing theory, interpersonal communications between individuals in the workplace (nurse and other staff) bullying, lateral and horizontal violence and aggression experiences that go untold, and how difficulties are positively resolved; positive experiences in the mental/behavioral health environment.     From my understanding and experience in the nursing field, civility and lack thereof is not about levels of training, I believe that it has more to do with the ways that humans with varying degrees of training/opportunities treat one another. An MD, ...
