Interested in discussions about aging of the nurse workforce and related challenges/blessings, best practice nursing theory, interpersonal communications between individuals in the workplace (nurse and other staff) bullying, lateral and horizontal violence and aggression experiences that go untold, and how difficulties are positively resolved; positive experiences in the mental/behavioral health environment.
