I passed my NCLEX yesterday and am so excited! Here's a quick overview of how I passed in 75 questions: I used the Lippincott Q&A book. Did all 6000 questions in 5 weeks. I read every rationale whether I got the question right or wrong, and if I did get it wrong I would look up the info so it was clear. I used Saunders to reinforce info that I was unsure about. And lastly I used the LaCharity prioritization book. It's a quick read, only about 20 chapters and SUPER helpful. Definitely a must have! So that's everything I used:). No review course necessary! I studied for 5 weeks and was well prepared for the test. On the day of the exam I read over the all nurses study guide that floated around on here. My exam had a TON of SATA, probably 40.. And 2 drag and drop, one med calculation question, and one picture. The questions were similar to Lippincott in my opinion. I hope this helps someone! Just remember to breathe through the test. I was super anxious but took some cleansing breaths and felt much better. Remember you have the knowledge! Go with your gut, you got this!:) good luck future nurses!
