    Thanks. I'm going to look at Kettering hospital its about a hr drive but I travel about 50 minutes now to a LTAC job now. I really want the hospital experience

    I completed my registered nurse boards in April 2015. I live in Cincinnati Ohio. Why is it so hard to get a job in a hospital.even nursing homes is wanting you to have at least two years of experience. I don't know what to do
