Sorry, wasn't specific enough. I need help with another short term goal and interventions. One of my short term goals is "Edema will not increase in circumference while in my care, 6/25/2015, 7-3". Interventions for this are: Assess p/t for edema and measure the circumference of the LLE. Educate the p/t on the importance of mobility. Encourage passive/active range of motion every 2-4 hours. My long term goal is "Excess fluid volume will be eliminated." Is that correct? Also, is my diagnosis an appropriate diagnoses: Fluid volume, excess, R/t decreased mobility, AEB Edema of the LLE.
