I verified on breeze with my name and it showed my name and temp number. I need to make a phone call to confirm, but am heading into work and will wait until Monday. Is the temporary or permanent license number supposed to be your actual RN license number in the state you're practicing now??? Hmmmmm.

I JUST RECEIVED MY TEMPORARY LICENSE NUMBER! It only took 22 days from the day I hand turned it in On July 23rd! I am acutally very stunned right now omg.... I received an e-mail to confirm my e-mail address today and sure enough when I logged onto breeze, I saw a temporary license number. But I still have an area where it says missing education. Should I call to make sure? Does this mean I can start applying for jobs now?! Ahhh.....

But what if your status says open AND missing education history? Does anyone else have this or experienced it?

Hi guys I would just like to share my current Florida to California endorsement journey! July 15th - Sent my transcripts from 2 schools electronically to BRN July 22nd - Flew into San Francisco. Did my LiveScan at a local UPS and verified my license on NURSYS website July 23rd - Drove to Sacramento and hand turned in a typed application with $150 personal check (Temp&Permanent) and (just in case) provided copies of my sealed transcripts inside along with having both schools sent them to BRN electronically. Provided passport photo on application. The lady at the front desk told me they were still processing applications from May and to call 4 weeks after my check was cashed. July 27th - My personal check is cashed July 28th - First time logging onto BREEZE and noticied that my submission date says 7/24/15, Status: Pending Open/RN Endorsement and with Deficiencies: Missing Education history. And the top right saying "No License Information Available" IS THIS NORMAL FOR EVERYONE? I just wanted to make sure it wasn't supposed to say pending or open in that spot?????? Please someone calm my fears! August 3rd - My status still says the same thing. So the waiting game has begun!

Hi everyone! This thread has been so helpful! So glad I found it. I never realized how long it takes to receive a California license by endorsement until I contacted a CA travel recruiter. I am just glad I chose to go PRN at work instead of flat out quitting! I am just starting the application process. I'm from Florida and looking to get my CA license. I was hoping to move this summer, but realize that is impossible now and will just have to be patient. In the mean time, I have booked a flight to San Francisco in July and plan to stay a week to do the live scan and hand deliver my application to Sacramento. My question is, how soon should I have already mailed out my nursing school transcripts to California? (I have my ASN and BSN from schools that I am able to drive to in person today if needed in order to complete the forms) You think the week before I leave for my flight is okay to go to my schools and have them mail it out? And should I also ask for hand copies from both schools to deliver while I am in CA as well to be on the safe side? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you and good luck to all who are still pending.
