just relax. i graduated at the bottom of my class and i basically flagged around 30+ questions on the CBT even after finishing the exam. i was not able to decide whether those 30 were sure or not. However, i did find the exam easy and i think the critical questions can be answered by just having a good grip on the standards. 1. relax 2. standards then your good to go

kuro i have another question . Do you somehow know what the reason could be for an applicant to be denied COS? and if it does happen, is there a way to reapply and get one?

thanks kurokocchi! ughhh... im expecting my DL mid oct. so if COS really does take that long i might not get to use my IELTS because because nov 5 is already close. what luck.

now im anxious as well. i thought that maybe i just needed to wait for 40-60 days. anyway, i have a question for people here who already got their COS (certificate of sponsorship) how long did it take? 2-3 weeks?

as for my personal experience. some agencies entertain applicants who are yet to get 7.0 on all sub tests on ielts. im not an expert on the process but if you wish to work as an RN in the UK. The first test of competency that you will be taking [NMC CBT] to be certified to work as an RN in the UK will require you to have no score lower than 7 on any subtest. Again, im not an expert and it would be best to ask ASC if it would be possible for you to actually push on to the process w/out the required marks. But, for the mean time you might as well take the interview. its good experience and yes, the hospital/company may give you a conditional job offer w/out the IELTS score.

hi, i have a question for those who had their decision letter. Or anyone who actually knows about the reference forms The thing is that my 2 reference forms did not get any personal stamps on them only the dry seal from the hospital. will this be a problem? because im already on the assessment queue .. both of my references did not have any stamp at that time and i thought maybe i should have at least put their license number but i also failed to do this at that time . This has been in my mind for a few weeks now. because any delay on the delivery of my decision letter would mean i will be retaking the IELTS for UKVI because November is just around the corner.

wait 10-15 working days. thats the usual time span where the documents would reflect on your online account as received. if 15 days have passed. you may then contact nmc thru phone since email takes sooooo long

anybody else having problems contacting nmc? ive been trying to call since yesterday. im using skype credits and dialing the , registration,international, and general inquiry but all the numbers just keeps on dropping my calls. i tried calling every hour. and started calling again today since its already 8 am in the uk. still dropped call

hi. kurokocchi can i ask how long your submitted documents were reflected on your account? mine was delivered 7 days ago. and i still havent received any confirmation if they got it. this message is all i have on my nmc account "Thank you for submitting your application. We will contact you by email once your application has been assessed. We aim to assess your application within 40 working days and commit to doing so within a maximum of 70 working days from entry to the queue."

idk. i havent seen anyone here with the same username :) my cbt was last july 20ish so maybe that was me.

my documents were received according to my courier 3 days ago. sorry if i ask too much. my problem is that im one of those who had their IELTS before the UKVI update. meaning if i dont get my DL and COS before november 5. that would be really bad for me.

quick question for those who are done or are still waiting for their DL i just sent all my documents via courier and pressed submit online will i get any email as to whether they have started the assessment? because this is all i got from the website "We are currently assessing your application. We will contact you regarding your application shortly."

help anyone. im on the full assessment phase, my 3rd party courier confirmed that all my documents were received 5 days ago. i still dont have any confirmation or any email from nmc that they got it. additional info. i still havent clicked submit on the nmc page because i still lack my nbi clearance but all other documents were uploaded and filled up. just not |"submitted"

HELP regarding the 2 references My case is that my 1 year hosp exp is from RNHEALS [registered nurses for health .......] now. basically im not even a nurse 1 so Can i use coworkers who were nurse 1 at that time but some time after i left both of them are now Nurse 2. HELP please
