  1. Hello! I started working in a Level III NICU shortly after nursing school thinking that it was the right fit for me. Since starting work, I'm not enjoying it as much as I thought I would. I get stressed and rattled very easily and scared that I'm not doing something right or I'm missing something. I'm unable to sleep when I get home because I think about what I forgot to do during my shift. I've been given advice to give it a year but I honestly don't know. I'm thinking working in a well baby nursery or Level II might be a better fit and less stressful. I wanted to study further and get my NNP. If I were to transition to a well baby nursery, what would be some further education options? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you :)
