  1. Lab, dietary, evs, and select staff have access. All others have to be let in.
  2. Wow, six is a lot! My unit tries to keep us at 3. Doing half hour vitals and assessments is a lot too. Our c-section patients get vitals and a fundal check q4h for 24 hours and patients that had duramorph get respiratory checks q2h for 12 hours. lady partsl deliveries get vitals and a fundal check q4hx2. It’s interesting to read how other hospitals do things.
  3. This is a great article, so thanks for posting it!
  4. Congrats! I'm starting on mother-baby later this month, and I'm nervous but excited. I will also be working nights.
  5. Ok, the FB group has been set up and is called RCHC E/W RN 2020. That name might change lol.
  6. Yeah I know, I was more worried about being able to get an appt. I called and my provider is booked all the way into June, but fortunately I was able to get in with someone else.
  7. After looking at Castlebranch, I really hope I can get everything done in time. I'm waiting for someone at the school to let me know if the health assessment is also due before orientation.
  8. Ohhh the semester schedule. My neighbor said they started July 6th and went until the first week in Dec. Spring semester started Jan. 6th and it ends June 15th.
  9. The class hours are 5-10, but my neighbor said they usually don't stay that late. I think she said lab and clinicals are on the weekends. I'll send her a message and get more details.
  10. I was thinking about starting a FB group for our class. What do y'all think?
  11. I need to run errands tomorrow so I'll pick mine up then.
  12. Yay!!! Congrats to you too!!!
  13. Yay! Let us know what they say.
