  1. Hi I'm 22 years old I have always had this dram of being a nurse but I have 4 fingers (missing my pinky) on each hand and Limited mobility range of motion at the wrisk on both hands but each hand can move a certain way. I want to work with children or in the NICU (would this be a problem). I learn pretty quickly and I work very hard. I would like to know if this would interfere with me working and finding work and also could it interfere with me wearing gloves an also I have small hands not to small but small
