Hi everyone, I'm a recently licensed new grad RN applying to nurse residency programs in Florida because NO ONE will hire you here with less than a year of experience! Especially in South Florida! I had my first successful interview with Lee Memorial and was called for a second interview with two hiring managers from med-surg units. I was wondering if anyone has gone through the interview process with this health system and knows the type of questions they might ask? Or if you know of any questions that might be usually asked during a second interview? This program starts July 6th (really soon!) and if I'm hired I would have to relocate, therefore if anyone has been hired into this program before, do you know how soon after the second interview you are notified that you are or aren't being offered a position? Is there even a third interview? If anyone has any information, advice, or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated! Even general advice related to interviewing and sample questions would be very helpful. Thanks!
