    I've heard that in the past they usually interview 80 people for about 12-15 spots

    Nice to meet you all! I am from San Diego and interested in oncology, med-surg, or OR. Mine says "application in review" as well. At least we all made it past the personality test screening. I know several people that got rejection letters right away!
