  1. Unsure of the official charge

    So when I was 19 I got fingerprinted and unsure of what the charge was officially but in 2010 I compleated my LPN and when submitting my application for nclex I didn't know what to write for misdemeanors. So I called the town I lived in and gave my information and the guy said my official charge was compareable with jaywalking and mark no. So I did. I didn't think to get anything official from them but nevertheless I took my boards and got fingerprinted and nothing came back. Now again, I just finished my RN & am filing this question out again and again am nervous. I'd assume I was all clear since I had no issues 5 years ago. Has anyone got any information that could help me here?
