  1. @phdewer84 Wow!! You are such an inspiration! You should be proud of yourself for staying focused and being able to develop a strategy like that. Thanks so much for sharing your story and being so positive!
  2. @cgambino70 Thank you! It really does sound like it's next to impossible. I don't have a choice though....I have to work full time...and I REALLY want to do this. I almost want to start reading the material now so I can prepare for it.... if that's even possible.
  3. Hi! I'm just jumping on this wild ride! I signed up for some online classes (pre-req) for this Fall. I'm hoping to take the Hesi and Ace exam next summer. I'm an LPN now so hopefully I will be able to transition into the 2nd Semester. I'm planning on taking the Nursing Core classes online also and am very curious to hear how the clinicals are scheduled in. I have to balance a full time job and kids. I think there's supposed to be (2) 6 hour clinicals every week for Semester II? I know I've got a long way to go but I was trying to figure it all out to determine if it's possible to go Full time. Do you have a choice regarding times and days of clinicals? Can you do them both in the same day (12 hr)? Do they offer Saturday clinicals? When you say you are at school from 7a - 7p on Wednesdays, what is that for? How long are the skills checkoffs? I really appreciate all of the information you have shared (and others as well) ...it really helps to begin to work it all out in your head. Thanks again for any advice! :)
