These are all great ideas - thank you very much. As far as me coming across desperate... perhaps I have been! I will re-evaluate my interviewing process and try things differently. Just yesterday I began to apply for LTC facility positions and home health. Hoping I receive some emails back today. Thank you to everyone.

I have applied to all of them... I was only able to get 5 interviews at 2 different hospitals in the area. Methodist just keeps saying they have chosen a more qualified applicant for their intern positions. I did apply to the recent one posted by them though.

Hello and forgive me please if I am posting this in the wrong place. I am a recent new grad with my BSN and I have applied EVERYWHERE in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex but have not been able to land a job. I have been to multiple interviews but I cannot seem to make it through to getting a job offer. However, I have had no problem getting a job offer for a hospital in Houston and Austin but my husband and I can no longer relocate out of the metroplex. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to get a job? I feel hopeless at this point. Thank you in advance.
