  1. Ya! We have all OFFICIALLY made it. Can't wait to meet all my new peeps!
  2. All the ones sent out the last 2 days...there is an email that shows all the new paperwork....however you actualy have to go through the files on the canvas site because the links in tbe email are not coorosponding with what the files should be...there are a few modules and orientations through lee that have to be completed along with a test for one or both of them....they are short tests but it said we have to bring them in on our first clinical day to get graded
  3. These new files and tests are crazy!!
  4. @mamiluv Try again
  5. Also, who ever is interested, I recieved an enail stating we can donate blood on monday, the first day of school and get 3 credit hours of our 16 completed..zeebrook said to bring in the forn for then to sign....sa-weet
  6. Wow! Im calling the school, they never said anything about paying more miney to upload the docunents....i told them i uploaded my document's to the medical section, they said that was fine. Now I see we need to pay extra $$$ thats just silly and not nessesary. I got my nursing shoes from payless for $35, bought some memory inserts for them...I pkan on using them for both the clinicals and labs
  7. The grad date is may 2017 They said they would wave the flu shot due to them not being available until september sometime.. Ny doctor fourtantly had them, so im good there
  8. Finally, Im 100% done! Finished all the orientation modules/questions Picked up my uniforms and tops/khakis...Found nursing shoes for $35 Got my BLS card in the mail last week Just waiting for an ID card for hospitals and simulations
  9. Ya! Im all done! Just waiting on the nursing orientation! Time to FINALLY celebrate!!
  10. Yep!! Just ordered my uniforms too...only 1 set but we get a 20% discount...total $36 and will take 4 weeks (good cuz we dint have clinicals first 3 weeks) Make sure you say what campus, guess the embroidery is diffrent.....if you order anything else in store you get up to 50% off discount....only good on items you can take with You try on uniforms, they order both tops and bottoms, so dont expect to leave with them
  11. On way to my CPR class
  12. I wanna say mine was 5 pages or so....looks like all the other one's we had in the past. Not sure about the attire one, maybe a page or 2 and the books needed was 1 or 2 pages......i did get a new revised Nursing Handbook, and a hello from my clinical professor on canvas Set up my ATI testing site, canvas and about to do my CPR course.....scan in the PPD and Certification again to the coordinator. All i have left to do is get my clothes, shoes, and books
  13. I got 3 attachments from the program! Attire, syllabus and books needed....the attire one tells you exactly what to wear, what you need for each class, lab, stimulation and clinicals!
  14. Im reading the attestation form now and it states (if needed by department for point of care testing involving color interpretation) I guess this is up to the school....are you color blind? Also, i would take in the "new updates" email we got on 7/7 from sandra....have your doctor who performed the physical read #2....it says do not fill out the attestation form until you go to your health provider to take your physical examination. Once you get that data, you can transfer the info to the attestation form and turn that into our office with your health form. The sponser is LMHS, so dont worry about the signiture on that. They will sign it. So this basically states that the color test should have been performed by the doctor who did the school physical....I'd check back...if not lee can do the school physical including the color test for $25
  15. If you have ever had one, then that pass/fail can be applied...lee employee health will complete the full school health record gor $25.....but u gotta make an appointment.. If your dictor did the physical he should have put the date of the physical as the pass date....fill it in if you need to
  16. There are 3 shots...need 3 dates, that could be why u came back non immune
  17. Titers are only needed if you you dont have documentation of the vaccines
  18. No, if you have had the vaccines, place those dates...get them done again in the future....dint upload the titer info
  19. @mamiluv Good thing you looked at previous doc apts. I knew they would have to have something... Girly anything to save money right!
  20. I told you it hurt....i couldnt even sleep on that side, couldnt lean against any walls....and it got worse on day 2 and 3 then finally started feeling ok again...still a bit tender....then to top it off, i had the influenza on the opposite arm, so i couldnt lay on that one either, i ended up with a fever and still have it 4 or 5 days later, and i had an extreme reaction to the ppd, but thankfully it was just a bad reaction and not positive...no more future tests for me! Just gotta have dr sign paper and get xrays every few years...not yearly, ya!
  21. Well hopefully theres no copay! Good luck
  22. Same for the lee campus...but the health department does do them and they have them +for all of us OCD ppl who want everything done now) lol
  23. She said they will accept your insurance, so no you wont have to pay...however, if you have a copay then yes you will have to pay that, but she said she would just bill you (for me) you wont have to pay up front..(ask for Donna, and tell her you are katryna's friend from the FSW RN program).i figured it would be covered because your doctor wrote the script! The quest my people are at are off cape coral pkwy next to winn dixi..... Hope that helps out!! I asked specifically about the varicella titer only...thats the only one you have a script for right? And the only one you need?
  24. @mamiluv Quest will take your insurance for the titer...said to bring your script, insurance card and license.... Open from 7-3:30 Woot woot! Saving dough!!
  25. Im checking now, let u know as soon as i know
