CSULB: Undeclared to Pre-Nursing
They said that it is really hard to get into CSULB Nursing but I shrugged it off and tried. Unfortunately, I didn't get in to their program and put me in Undeclared instead. My plan is to take a year in CSULB then declare the next year. I don't know if this will work but any suggestions? Really helpful if you study at CSULB!!

BSN vs RN-BSN
I've read a lot about the RN-BSN bridge but I've never seen anyone talk about BSN right after high school. I'm a senior hs student graduating in June. I want to go to BSN right after high school. I got accepted to CSULB but as Undeclared student. Now I'm thinking twice if I should go BSN straight without the RN bridge. My back up plan is to go to community college but my parents won't let me decide for myself. Any thoughts on going straight to BSN vs RN-BSN?

Which school for pre-nursing
Not here to answer your question but GOD BLESS THIS POST! This is the same problem that I have and most of the commentators answered my question. I also applied for CSULB and CSUF as a Pre-nursing student. I'm thinking about going to CC first or straight to a CSU and the comments helped a lot.

Best Nursing Path
To be honest Im still surprised at how there are few nursingnpath here in U.S. When I was in the PH there was only one path. BSN-RN. I am still in high school so I am still deciding for my career path. Im thinking to take traditional BSN and take NCLEX. However my mom suggested that I can be LPN first and after that, take BSN. I honestly don't know what to do. If you could help me, what is the best nursing path?

Worries of a Senior Student
Hi, I'm a high school senior student and I just layely realized that I want to be a Nurse. And because I was undeclared for a while, I didn't took any AP classes that would be a lot more helpful for prereqs. I live in Long Beach and applied for CSULB. However it scares me because Nursing program in CSULB is impacted. I also applied for CSUF and UCI. UCI scares me a lot too because my SAT score is average score and UCI seems to look at SAT scores more than any requirements. I scored 1420 for my SAT. All of my classes are regular and honors. I don't take the most rigorous classes. Do you think a university would most likely accept me? Because to be honest, I am really scared. However my decision is firm. I want to be a Nurse.
