New Grad RN in Las Vegas
Hello! I graduated with a BSN degree April 2015. I recently moved to Las Vegas from the Philippines. I have my RN nevada license, BLS, ACLS and PALS certification. Most new grad programs here in vegas (st. rose, mountainview, sunrise) require that you've graduated within the last year which I am not qualified because its been 2 years. I have no RN experience yet and looking for my first job as a nurse. Any suggestions where I can get a good training as a new grad? hospitals, rehab or skilled nursing? I was also looking into Davita as a Dialysis nurse because they offer a 10-week training but maybe its too soon for me to specialize? Opinions? thank you in advance!

foreign grad which state should I apply for?
Hello! I am a new BSN graduate from the Philippines. I am a dual citizen. I have family in California and would like to work there but I've heard how hard it is to get my license there because of concurrency. So now I'm considering other states such as Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Nevada. Any tips on how living and working conditions are in those places? I appreciate any comments and suggestions
