  1. OR Specialty Call Teams

    We are looking at implementing some specialty OR call teams in our operating room. We are a regional hopsital with 500+ beds and a Level 1 Trauma Center with 24/7 in house coverage. Do you require your specialty teams to be within 30 minutes of the hospital? Do you pay the specialty team members a premium pay due to them taking more call than others?
