  1. Hello Everyone, I wanted to know how hard it is to get into the ER or Labor&Delivery Units as a new RN? If anyone who is an RN is able to answer that, that'd be great. I want to know for more metropolitan areas with Trauma Centers for the ER and L&D. Also how much and what kind of experience did you need or does someone typically need? Is it hands on experience in a different dept or could you get hired directly into that unit? Thank you!
  2. Hello All, I am trying to decide on what program I should do. I already have a bachelors degree, but I also have a few prerequisites to finish up before I can apply. Once I am done with my prerequisites, I would like to apply to either an adn or bsn program. I wanted to know from the ADN RN's if they found employment quickly? For me, it doesn't really matter which route I take as far as the degree; however employment wise, i'd like a guarantee somewhat of a job. Recent ADN graduate over the last two years especially, what has the job market been like for you? What kind of experience did you have prior? Are you going for a BSN? BSN nurses do you feel like you made the right choice in just getting a BSN? Do you know any ADN nurses on your floor who are thriving and don't need a BSN? Thanks in Advance!
