  1. You must discuss a health related issue and state your opinion. If your topic allows you to tie in your position as a nurse, then you can add that in as well. But it's mainly your argument on the issue.
  2. If you have not heard back yet I suggest you go talk to Hugh Grant in Urban Life building, 8th floor. He does have walk in hours or you could schedule an appointment.
  3. Sorry I misread
  4. She's in the urban life building 9th floor
  5. A friend of mine was accepted into Traditional Wednesday evening.
  6. My friend just met with Wanda Little, the lady that sends out the emails, and she's sending out some more acceptances in a few hours. If you don't get an email today, then tomorrow most likely.
  7. I havent heard of anyone getting accepted into traditional yet, only ACE. I know someone that was denied via email about a week or so ago.
  8. Yes they received an email at 2:06 3.95 GPA and 83 TEAS
  9. Two of my friends just got into ACE a few minutes ago
  10. Mine says 3/4. I had everything submitted early February. My friend that already got accepted submitted hers the last day, so no it doesn't affect when you get notified. Hugh said the highest & lowest applicants get notified first, then the middle group would find out last.
  11. Yea they have one week to accept or decline
  12. I asked him about the average GPA's for the this applicant pool but he's not allowed to say 🙁. However, my 3.71 program GPA is most likely in the middle he said
  13. I met with Hugh today and I was told more emails would be sent out tomorrow (thursday) and next thursday as well. He said theyre doing the top applicants & the lowest first. Then the "middle group" would hear back later. This is because people have a week to send in their response, so they dont want to send out denials just yet. Also, a friend of mine got accepted into ACE today with a 4.1 GPA & 88 teas. Fingers crossed you guys !
  14. Does anyone know how many applicants there was ?
  15. Nothing yet !
  16. A friend of a friend I know got accepted yesterday (Monday) into ACE. She got an email at 1:29 pm. She had a 4.2 GPA, and her application status did not change.... I believe they are sending out the highest ranked acceptances first, as stated on the website "NOTE: Applicants whose files are completed before the deadline and score in the upper 15% of admissions criteria will be reviewed on a rolling basis and may be offered early admittance."
  17. Applicant Status Check (if the link doesnt work just google GSU check application status). Depending on when you submitted it, it SHOULD be viewable. Also, I heard of one person getting accepted.
  18. Nothing yet. My application status says "complete ready for review". Patiently waiting í ½í¸
  19. Yea, I submitted my application end of January, Im still waiting for one letter or recommendation. I wish there were more seeing this thread I feel like everyones GPA is really high so im kind of worried..
  20. Hi Stefanie ! Im also applying for the fall 2016 program, both traditional and ACE. They mostly look at your program GPA, which includes pre reqs/gen eds, micro, and one science sequence. The TEAS is another big influence. Science GPA is also looked at but not that much. My progam GPA is 3.73 and I got an 86.7 on the TEAS as well :) Your stats are very high so I wouldnt worry. But I think for the ACE program you have to have Micro already completed. Have you submitted your application yet?
