    Good night ladies and Gents! I have a question. I have a pt that needs to place two Fentanyl patches on at the same time the dose of one patch is 12.5mg the lowest dose. So Dr is ok with pt using 2 patches. My question is can i put both patches on the same side? or do i need to put one on 1 side and the other on the other side?
