  1. Thanks for the info., that sounds like what I was expecting. I'm only going to have about 40 points from my pre-req classes when it comes time to take the teas. I think I'm going to take both of them anyway and see what happens. What is the total possible on the teas, do you know? And last I've heard the lpn program goes only by what you get on the test and not pre-req points, is that true? And any suggestions on studing for the psb? Thanks again, good luck in your program!
  2. I am attending Ivy Tech in Muncie, Indiana and am currently enrolled in nursing pre-req classes. My first idea was to get my lpn and then go back for my rn when my daughter starts school. But I have just realized that the the teas test for the rn program and the psb-pn test for the lpn program are given within two weeks of each of each other. I'd love to get into the rn program but will only have three of my pre-req classes done. Has anybody gotten straight in or is it even a possiblity since the classes add points to your score, I wasn't even sure that I'd have a chance! Any suggestions??? And does anybody have an study tips for the psb, my bookstore sells studyguides for the teas but not the psb.
