NJ Nurses ONLY
We have been doing that as well for years we started more direct communication, and have been getting results. However continue to post in forums, thank you for your comment, the board listens, always has, however speaking only on my behalf only found other ways more effective. thank you so much for your comments

NJ Nurses ONLY
Any issues with jobs whether RN LPN BSN MA LETS MAKE CHANGES LETS MAKE HISTORY *** LPN RNS working at nursing homes with too many patients, effecting job performances , putting licenses at risk. NJ Board has been getting letters, signatures, more and more each year, Your DON CNAS anyone whose work is effected bc over amt of patients lets do something. We have been there paying attention, instead of complaining lets change for us, or patients, our cnas, our familys, ourselves. No LPN RN should have to care by law for over 26 patients per shift. Lets change it, give new nurses more jobs. If you think your words don't matter then it will never happen. lets change history, speak up to them! is an NJ pt limit regulation act was made.....-Less arguing with nurses, your cnas, less incident reports, less resentments, less emotional breakdowns, less gossip and evil when at the end of the day why did you become a nurse. Charge nurses and DONs please fight for them and yourselfs you remember what is was like and how it could open new doors for new nurses, less lawsuits, incident reports!!!!! its a request a respectful one, no disrespect toward the nj board please, they have been getting signitures stories over and over and something may just have finally been initiated. If you want to be apart of this change in history, speak

communicating with client services manager
is anyone out there know how to I could communicate with a scheduling lady called client services manager at my job? I am very respectful, reliable, accountable night nurse, as a field nurse lpn, I thought this HHC company would be different, its worse. I just try to be positive and thankful, honest. When I have a question I can never reach the RN clinical Managers ever and when I go they transfer me back to these people, its an international company I was so unhappy when I found out how dishonest it was, insurance, benefits, hours available. I was happy to take nights, because I stay awake and do my job, with HHC they cant keep any night nurses bc they sleep and watch tv. I was promised things that didn't happen, I have exp. not just prior HHC experience. I know how it works I know that's why we make good money. The scheduling people, HR department lies, ive never seen anything like it, I know we have are good and bad places, idc or want to focus on that. I want to contact my scheduler via email bc I work nights, and everyime I call her she wont take no for an answer to the point where she is so rude, I already feel like a highly paid servant nanny. Its like I haven't had my 90 day eval yet which I want, the scheularer says u have commitment commitment when in reality if im not part time like promised, work night shifts bc they cant get any nurses to stay awake for 40% cases, I was promised 10 hr or 12 hr shifts. 8 hrs 5 nights in a row I kept writing wasn't working out. instead of taking a nap like the nurse who orientated me on the case I left early. bc im honest was treated like ****. I got rly sick called out one day, they were understandable but only bc I know they need me more then I need them. I respect the day nurses I was one, I make sure I do everything that was never done for me at my last HHC job which I complained about nothing was done. I want out of this job, any types advice? thank u

I am completely burned out
Im sory you went threw this, I worked so hard to get my lpn I was a can before never judged just thankful. Its easier said then done to take care of ourselves but I do agree, your not alone. I have 2 years exp as a field hhc nurse, I still cant get a job where I have any respect not just toward familys that's part of the job, patient is my priority, its staff. never late, never called out, was lied to about benefits if I worked 6 nights a week. then I realized its the job, I rly relate to you venting is good, however im glad you owned up to not blaming nursing or being a victim. Drama is everywhere im over 25 yrs old I wanted a job that wasn't so isolating I have always loved cnas cmas, anyone rns rnbsns. Where I was hired I was bullied so bad just for being the only lpn. I realized not every medical assistant is like that, bc after I went right back to home healthcare, I know we all can agree to disagree please no judgements for I look up to all of you. I am so unhappy, so I just wake up be thankful I have a job, and keep applying to more. thank you all for reading this. I worked so hard, walked all over which I allowed, so that's on me. Was respected by families, disrespected. its part of the job, I have never once been treated like a nurse let alone human working in HHC esp one international one, the lies, the free lunch they need you more then you need them don't forget that. Be professional Be proud, don't let anyone esp HR and scheduling people make you feel like nothing, unless you know someone in this company, its all an act, which instead of crying about, im going to take a stand report it, stay true to myself, I would do anything to just have a job where im treated like a nurse. I have never been disrespectful, always tried to put up boundries, its so sad. We became nurses to help sick ppl. it shouldn't be making us sad or sick, lets change it. Take a stand fight for urself, Send letters to NJ BON in Trenton don't stop that's how things change. Please pick ur battles, please vent help me by reading and giving me any advice contructive criticism we need it, but more needs to be done, theres some really great DONS and Jobs out there for us, I hope u have it, if not lets get it!
