National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) , Accreditation commission for education in nursing (ACEN)

I'm confused which of these is more important I'm about to apply to a school that recently became Acen accredited. Now I'm wondering does it need to be NLNAC accredited?

Thank you for responding how hard was the exam if you don't mind me asking what score did you get I'm really nervous about the exam I'm not that great in math I love science but I'm sure this test is on another level any information or tips you can give me I would greatly appreciate. Will you be starting in September or January. Do you know any graduates from the program?

Wow I thought school is pretty modern the woman I spoke with Karen was very forthcoming they are Acen accredited which is huge especially if you plan on pursuing your BSN like I said the facilities were modern classes are Monday through Friday anytime between 9 to 6 and doesn't have to be exactly 9 to 6 it can be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Or 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The first semester is Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and the semesters after that are Monday through Friday possibly Saturday because you start clinicals in your second semester. They do take credit from other school I'm not transferring any so I didn't really take that much information on that issue. You have to take the NLN entrance exam they recommend the book third edition I'm not sure if I left anything out if you have any specific question and I have the answer I'll be happy to answer you

Well I got sick so I didn't attend the workshop but I'm going today, I'll update when I get back for those interested

Well judging from the views people are interested , I will be visiting the school tomorrow for there workshop on nursing the rep said that the first step so I'll put what I learn up tomorrow and hopefully it will be helpful to someone

I have recently learned they have been granted accreditation by ACEN and wanted to hear from graduates about the program. I also want to know how was the job search what hospitals hired swedish ins students. I am attending a workshop on Friday so I'll get some answers but I want personal experiences.

This really is sad I was told this is board was great but the nurse that told me about it did say she hasn't used in a while I guess that's case for a lot of people
