  1. Alright so I graduate this upcoming December (2015). I think about every week I change my mind about my future and want I want to do. I think what would really make me happy is Emergency Medicine. However; I know a lot of hospitals do not hire new grads into those positions. I work as a tech in an Emergency Room right now however;Columbia, MO does not exactly pay well so I was wondering if anyone had any insight of hospitals that hire new grads into speciality units or what hospitals around the US tend to pay better (just for any unit at all). I've heard Alaska has great incentives because people typically do not want to move there and some things about hospitals in Florida. Just looking to see if someone had a little more information.
