Hey everyone. I just got a call this morning for Sharp Grossmont 5E - Step-down Stroke/Neuro unit. Unfortunately, I took a position in the ER at another hospital. I just wanted to let you know if anyone is waiting to hear back from that unit. Good luck everyone!! I hope you get a call for an interview. I remember waiting forever to have Sharp call me since this was the second time applying. Funny how things work out...

how long do you think til we hear back? I applied last round but never heard anything so not sure what the time frame is.

Ya it was terrible! I kept second guessing what they meant by the statement hahah!

At the end of the application, there was a personality test they wanted you to fill out. You could have had it emailed to you, but I'm pretty sure it was right after you submitted the app.

Nope. No call or email. Been checking the status because apparently it might change to interview. But mine is still under review as of 9/27

Did yours say under review before that or from submission received to hiring manager review?

My status changed to "under review" tonight. Not sure what that means....

Thank you! My friend that works currently and is starting the new grad program told me that she received an email that applications are open until the 30th. I'm assuming that's for internal because the external application already closed. That might be why we haven't seen many changes on the application.

Mine still says submission received. We will probably start seeing changes soon now that the weekend is over. I figured they wouldn't be changing anything over the weekend. But congrats!!!!!!!

I called the new grad hiring office and was told that the cut off is not true and she has no idea how this got around. She said they look at all applications, so do not worry about not applying first thing in the morning. Yay!

They look at all applications received. So yay!! Mine also still says submission received. I have a feeling it will continue to say that until after the application is no longer available for people to apply.

Hey I submitted my app this afternoon and filled out the personality test a bit after submitting my app. Looking forward to hearing back... I heard there is a limit to the applications they look at. Do you know how we know that we made that mark?
